After the establishment of Dostlar Convenience Food GmbH, the development of sliced, frozen convenience Döner products was successfully implemented. During this phase, the products were developed and the production processes were established, with all steps precisely accompanied and monitored in order to ensure consistently high quality.
The production of the convenience Döner products takes place fully automatically at the parent company. Under continuous temperature control, robot-controlled cutting arms slice the Döner precisely from the skewer. The meat is then shock-frozen at minus 60 °C using a special nitrogen IQF process in order to optimally preserve freshness, structure and aroma.
Via a conveyor belt system, the product is transported to the automatic weighing and filling unit, where it is packed in different packaging sizes under visual inspection. Before final cartoning, both metal detection and weight control are carried out.
Since relocating to the new building, Dostlar Convenience Food GmbH has been operating as a trading company and successfully distributes the convenience products on behalf of the parent company. In this way, it is ensured that the products reach retail partners, cash-and-carry markets and the food retail sector reliably and efficiently.
